After successfully completing previous phases of this scheme, we were awarded the supply and fit out contract of Berkley Home’s iconic 43-storey tower in the heart of Croydon.

We were approached to assist with the project co-ordination; design and build of a small works contract for 4 contemporary show homes.

We successfully completed the carpentry fit out to 35 living spaces, 3 of which are high-end rooftop riverside penthouses.

Stratton and Hesler were responsible for delivering the carpentry supply and fit out to 54 timber frame two storey houses and 2 Coach Style properties. The Tenures covered both affordable and private builds and required a high level of planning.

We successfully delivered the carpentry fit out for the refurbished, Edwardian Battersea Bridge police station into striking residential apartments.

We successfully delivered 59 high-end units on a carpentry supply and fit out basis for Goodman’s Fields. The project faced challenges of minimal storage and tolerances that come with a refurbishment-based scheme.
