After successfully completing previous phases of this scheme, we were awarded the supply and fit out contract of Berkley Home’s iconic 43-storey tower in the heart of Croydon.
Our work included:
- Complete supply and fit out 420 private apartments and 6 penthouses.
- Detail design, bespoke supply and fit out of concierge, gym, library, lounge and bespoke penthouse roof gardens.
Being the final phase of the scheme, storage was limited and the deployment of Just In Time logistics was key.
This meant we worked extremely closely with our supply chain to reduce delivery times, enhance quality and minimise Health and Safety risks. Simple items, such as cut-length supplied timbers, complete door sets, and customised pallets adapted for hoists are just a few examples of how we ensured a smooth delivery during the project.
